The following are considered an emergency.
| 1. Total loss of heat between September 15 and May 15 a) Make sure the furnace filter is clean b) Check to see if the breaker is in the ON position c) Ensure that the thermostat is set to heat d) Turn the thermostat settings to 30 C or 80 F and listen to see if the furnace comes on e) Make sure the gas valve has not been shut off at the furnace or at the meter outside If you have attempted all of the above and your furnace still does not work properly, please call the emergency number listed on your furnace sticker |

2. Gas Leak If you have a gas leak, please call your local gas provider:

3. Total loss of electricity Check the main breaker at the hydro panel to ensure it is in the ON position. If it is, please call your local hydro supplier:

| 6. Plumbing Leakage that Requires Complete Water Shut-Off
For leaks that are coming from faucets, sinks or toilets, please contact Starlane Homes. |

| 7. Major Collapse of Any Part of the Home's Exterior or Interior Structure Please call your insurance company and notify Starlane Homes immediately. |
